Our Ontario Incorporation Packages |
These packages offer quick, professional and affordable services
for small business. We strongly recommend that you get the complete
package unless you are already familiar with incorporations
and can prepare your own Minute Book documents. It is legally
required that you keep proper corporate records. If you're not
sure what a Minute Book is, then you're probably safer to order
the complete package. We also find that for most people the
named corporation is most suitable.

Complete Incorporation Package - Named Corporation
This package includes all the services in the Basic Package,
plus the preparation of the initial contents of the Corporate
Minute Book, including the Organization By-law, Initial
Meetings and Registers. The total cost, including our
fees, government charges and HST is $752.00
- Ontario
Complete Incorporation Package - Numbered Corporation
This package is the same as the Complete Package above,
but for a numbered corporation. The total cost, including
our fees, government charges and HST is $695.50
- Ontario
Basic Incorporation Package - Named Corporation
This package includes NUANS prescreens, a NUANS Ontario
4N Report, preparation of the Articles of Incorporation,
and electronic submission of your Application for Incorporation.
The total cost, including our fees, government charges
and HST is $639.00
- Ontario
Basic Incorporation Package - Numbered Corporation
This bundle is the same as the Basic Package above, but
for a numbered corporation. The total cost, including
our fees, government charges and HST is $582.50
